1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the dc1111.bet website and all associated services, games, and features accessible through it.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account wallet, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus funds credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by dc1111 before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of rule violations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an Account on dc1111, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are aged 21 years or older.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You do not already hold an existing dc1111 Account.
• You have not previously had a dc1111 Account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of dc1111 or any affiliated entity.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Any submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles dc1111 to close your Account and void any associated balances.

3. Account Management

One account per player: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. dc1111 actively monitors for duplicate registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed and any funds, bonuses, or winnings across all accounts will be voided and forfeited.

Account credentials: You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. dc1111 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login details. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dc1111 immediately by contacting [email protected].

Account closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting dc1111 support. dc1111 may also close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where required to do so for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

dc1111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. dc1111 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. dc1111 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified payment account in your name. Before processing any withdrawal, dc1111 may require you to complete KYC verification, which may include submitting a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. dc1111 aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days following successful KYC completion. Withdrawal timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.

Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. dc1111 does not apply currency conversion charges; your BDT balance is used directly for all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

dc1111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for new registrations, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion becomes withdrawable as real funds.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount. The exact rollover requirement for each offer is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonus balances are automatically removed from the Account.
• Certain game types (including some live dealer games and low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• dc1111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotional terms are subject to change without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to permanent Account suspension.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the dc1111 platform use independently certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure genuinely random and unmanipulated outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on dc1111's servers, the server-side record shall be authoritative.

dc1111 expressly prohibits the following conduct in connection with any game or betting activity on the Platform:

• Use of any automated software, bot, script, or exploit to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion or communication with other players for the purpose of manipulating a game outcome.
• Deliberate exploitation of software errors, display bugs, or pricing mistakes.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information in connection with sports betting markets.

Where dc1111 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the above conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to void any related bets or game rounds, forfeit winnings, and close the associated Account without prior notice.

7. Responsible Gaming

The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including voluntary deposit limits, session time controls, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the dc1111.bet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and the dc1111 brand name — is the proprietary property of dc1111 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of dc1111.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

dc1111 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. dc1111 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies strict access controls to safeguard stored personal information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dc1111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. dc1111 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from error, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned technical outages may occasionally affect Platform availability; dc1111 will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where practicable.

dc1111's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Prohibited Use and Termination

You agree that you will not use the dc1111 Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of criminal activity. dc1111 is committed to anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. dc1111 reserves the right to freeze Account balances and delay withdrawal processing where AML checks are ongoing.

dc1111 may terminate or suspend your Account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms, that continued access poses a risk to other players or to the integrity of the Platform, or that termination is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

12. Amendments to These Terms

dc1111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published at dc1111.bet/terms-conditions with an updated "Last updated" date. Where amendments are material, dc1111 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

13. Governing Language

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall be the authoritative version in all circumstances. Any translation provided for convenience does not have legal effect and shall not modify or supersede the English version.
